Our signature Freebird class, but spicier! A briskly-paced blend of classical and modern Pilates to focus your mind and challenge your core, breath awareness, and full-body coordination. A great way to prep for our more advanced classes. Prior Pilates experience required.

For those students with years of practice under their belts, this classical-leaning workout will challenge and reward you with complex progressions. Freebird is honored to be a host studio for Core Power Pilates comprehensive teacher training! In partnership with Marissa Lins Pilates of Basalt, CO, this year-long (500hr) program prepares students for certification across all classical apparatus and mat.
