  • Move younger!  Reap the benefits of a Pilates routine in this foundational class focused on strength for everyday activity, improved posture, balance and mobility.  Join a wonderful community of movers where all ages and stages are welcome.

  • Our signature, open-level class designed to establish Pilates’ fundamentals in an upbeat, medium-paced workout. Whether you're new to Pilates or a longtime fanatic, this confidence-building class will improve your strength, coordination and control.  No experience necessary.

  • Our signature Freebird class, but spicier!  A briskly-paced blend of classical and modern Pilates to focus your mind and challenge your core, breath awareness, and full-body coordination.  A great way to prep for our more advanced classes.  Prior Pilates experience required.

  • For those students with years of practice under their belts, this classical-leaning workout will challenge and reward you with complex progressions.  Expect a brisk pace with occasional pauses to explore and deepen our understanding of the work.  Instructor permission required- please email the studio.

  • Spread your wings! A modern, dynamic flow for athletes, pilates enthusiasts or anyone looking to reap the benefits of Pilates + experience the cathartic release of an invigorating, full-body workout.  Advance your practice while nourishing your mind, booty and soul!  Not suitable for active injuries. Reformer experience highly recommended. 

  • Try a beginner-friendly reformer class at Freebird Pilates in Carbondale, offered through CMC (Colorado Mountain College). Designed to build strength, improve alignment, and enhance mind-body connection through safe, low-impact spring resistance training. Restricted to new students. Register through CMC.

Freebird is honored to be a host studio for Core Power Pilates comprehensive teacher training! In partnership with Marissa Lins Pilates of Basalt, CO, this year-long (500hr) program prepares students for certification across all classical apparatus and mat.  Our mission is to foster passionate instructors for the modern Pilates industry while preserving the wisdom and heritage of the classical method.  Please contact the studio for more details.
