Clients of all ages and stages are welcome here. We hold space for your goals, whether that's athletic performance, pain-free movement, or simply enjoying a calm hour in your day.
Core strength isn’t about my abs, it’s about the place inside me that keeps me grounded.
- Cara Reeser
Elly Harder
After a traumatic twin birth, Elly rediscovered her body, and her calling, through Pilates. What started as personal recovery (and a quiet hour in her day) evolved into a transformative discovery of core strength, self-agency, and grounded joy. She is honored to share this empowering modality with the Carbondale community.
Raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, Elly is a life-long skier, dancer, and romancer of the Mountain West. A Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, Elly studied locally under Marissa Lins and completed the Kathy Grant Heritage Training Program in 2023 with Cara Reeser. When she’s not giving clear cues and energetic feedback in the studio, she’s chasing her girls down the slopes or pulling weeds in the garden.

In her classes, you can expect clear guidance, personal cueing, a bit of humor and focus.
